How grading works
Every batch is graded against international honey-quality metrics — moisture, HMF, diastase activity — and labelled by the flower it came from. Higher grades earn a better price and open up export-quality buyers.
Tier 1 — Certified Single-Origin
One floral source, export/specialty grade
Tier 2 — Standard Single-Origin
One floral source, domestic retail grade
Tier 3 — Cooperative Wildflower Blend
Multiple floral sources, reliable bulk volume
Why sell together
A single beekeeper's harvest is rarely enough volume to interest a wholesale buyer. Pooled across the cooperative's members, the same honey becomes a reliable, labelled, graded supply worth a buyer's attention — and worth more per kilogram than selling small batches informally.
